Research Assistant for Historical Document Research (HistoryForge)
Description:
HistoryForge is a crowdsourced digital history project where volunteers transcribe census data to create an open-access interactive map of 成人AV视频's past. By mapping census data, HistoryForge makes the area's history more accessible to its residents and produces a database at an individual level, creating opportunities for future research of the local area.
Volunteer transcribers will gain hands-on experience working with primary source documents and contributing to a digital history project, and training with be provided.
Transcribers are welcome to contribute as much or as little time as they like or are able to. Training can take place in person or virtually, after which transcribers can work on their own schedule.
